Preservation

Here are ways to future-proof yourself. Live your life at your own terms but also, you have your options open for when you’re ready.

egg-freezing

Egg Freezing

The quantity and quality of your eggs deteriorates with age but your biological clock doesn’t have to limit your freedom of choice. Egg freezing gives you the option to retrieve your eggs in time and freeze them indefinitely. You can thaw your eggs and use them for conception whenever you’re ready for a family.

They will be of the same age as you were when you froze them.

sperm-freezing

Sperm Freezing

Just like eggs, sperms too deteriorate with time. In case you are undergoing any extensive treatment, vasectomy, gender transition or have a high-risk job, you can preserve your fertility by getting your sperms frozen.

You can thaw your sperms and use them to fertilise your partner’s eggs or donate them to other couples or individuals looking to build a family.

Embryo Freezing

Embryo freezing involves the same procedures mentioned above for Egg Freezing and Sperm Freezing. Post retrieval, instead of being directly frozen, the eggs are fertilised using In-Vitro Fertilisation are developed over several days into embryos which are then frozen.

The health of the embryos created from young eggs and sperms are is maintained once frozen.

Once you’re ready for a family, the embryos are thawed and further inserted directly into the uterus through IVF to form a pregnancy.

Paths to Conception

There’s no one way to achieve a pregnancy but whichever direction you pick, we’ll take you there.

Natural Conception

You are fertile for only 5 days every month, it’s true. Our first step will be to help you try to conceive naturally by setting the stage for success using ultrasound or at home ovulation kits to properly time and engage in sexual intercourse.

Oral Medications

They work by tricking your body into thinking that your estrogen levels are lower than they are, increasing the amount of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) in the blood.  Higher levels of FSH stimulate the ovary to produce one or many egg follicles that will mature and release during ovulation. High levels of LH stimulate ovulation. Consult with our fertility specialist to lean more.
